On Saturday, March 23rd, we cruised to Tavares, FL where the annual Sunnyland Vintage Boat Festival was being held.  The weather threatened rain so our turn out was small - only Pablo R, Carl D, John and Irene H, Peter and Yaz H, and Debbie R.  We had about 10 minutes of rain on the way over but then the skies cleared and we had beautiful weather for the remainder of the day.  Perfect for this type outing.

After spending about 3 hours touring through the many vintage boats and seeing a lot of beautiful

vintage cars (a car show was also included) we went to the Puddle Jumpers Restaurant for lunch.

Then, going to Yalaha Bakery, about 15 minutes away, for desert was a M U S T !!!!  At Yalaha, a German bakery, we sat outside listening to German Octoberfest, oom pa pa music.
